Recruitment Consultant - Accounting and Finance LONDON

Junior - £20k with Y1 OTE 30-40k  

Senior - £30-45k base OTE 50 to 80 plus for management TL responsibilities


We are working with a number of clients within the Media and Entertainment, Financial Services, Professional Services, IT,HR, Marketing and Sales industry, all looking for experienced recruitment consultants to recruit into the Accountancy and Finance sector.

The roles:

We are looking for Junior to Senior recruitment consultants for both permanent and contract desks. About you:

  • Proven track record of recruiting success. Ideally experience recruiting for A&F roles but open to sector.
  • For Junior roles - Graduate, ideally 2:1 or above with some B2B sales experience.
  • A consultative sales professional.
  • Can spot a commercial opportunity.
  • Strong performer with the right attitude.
  • Ability to develop and maintain business relationships.
  • Can influence and consult to people.
  • Enthusiasm, Energy and Resilience, with a willingness to learn.
  • Someone who knows how to build and utilise networks both internally and externally.
  • Confident negotiating skills.
  • Driven to succeed, with a high level of ambition/competitive edge.
