While in the short term there will be little need for new business development, this company will require ability to develop new relationships when needed - as you grow your team you will perhaps needs to develop some areas of the business further to support additional desks.
Placing all levels of broadcasting professionals spanning operations, production, programming and post-production you will be a natural networker with a love of the media industry. You will love socialising with your clients and candidates and making your relationships last for the long-term.
