JOB SPECIFICATION: Recruitment Consultant / Internal Sales Executive
As a 360 recruiter you will be responsible for growing your own desk, you will do this by sourcing your own leads, developing target lists, cold calling, networking and utilising on-line platforms to business develop.
You will be responsible for building your own client base with the aim of becoming a recruitment partner for the business. We have all the tools you need to be successful including unrivalled advertising and sourcing capabilities.
We work with clients on a consultative basis rather than seeing businesses and people as pound signs! As a business we are a mix of personalities, not one person here is the same but we all respect each other and want everyone to succeed collectively.
Based from the Northampton office travelling will be required for client and candidate meetings.
REQUIREMENTS: Recruitment Consultant
Essentially you will already have a proven background within recruitment or B2B sales - This could be from any background ideally service, solution or intangible.
As well as:
· Proven ability and track record of generating new business
· An excellent telephone manner with a clear and customer focused demeanour.
· Being highly focused and driven to achieving targets.
· The ability to juggle new business with account management/ expanding accounts.
We have been established over 25 years and have grown to over 25 consultants. We have our own in house resource team and can truly offer services different to that of high street recruiters. Oh and as an added bonus we don't micro-manage or KPI our consultants on their day to day duties!!
Due to the forecasted growth and plans for the next few years we are looking for consultants who will eventually want their own team. You can be almost what you want here the future is bright!
