A dymanic, award-winning and disruptive recruitment brand is now expanding it's change management and seeks additional talented Recruitment Consultants to join their team in Lonon.

If you feel frustrated by heavy KPI management and feel you have too small a desk this could be a truly career enhancing move.

This is a great opportunity to take over an established desk and inherit instant clients, candidates and jobs placing all level of Change Management professionals (Project Managers, Programme Managers, Business Analysts and more) with leading brands within all areas of professional services (predominantly insurance, asset management, banking and private practice).

Working with predominantly SME clients you won't be caught up in low fee PSL accounts, instead you will be working with firms that appreciate the value that an expert Recruiter can offer. You will be working to min 20% terms / min 30% margins and with contacts that allow you to deal directly with Hiring Managers and actually consult and advise throughout the recruitment process.

Whether you wish to manage this desk as a dual desk or would prefer to just focus on contract or perm  - either option is available to you. What is required is a good understanding of either finance , finance technology, change management or financial services recruitment, a real commitment to delivering best in class service and genuine ambition to be the best at what you do.

In return you can expect:

  • Salary £30,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)
  • Commission on ALL Fees (10% to 40%)
  • Zero threshold
  • Extensive range of incentives and rewards including holidays abroad, weekends away, 5* restaurants and more
  • Range of benefits including Health, Pension, Season ticket loan,
  • Guaranteed commission for first quarter
  • OTE based on historical performance of desk £95K
