Consultant with 1 to 10 years’ experience (open to sector but must have interest in Digital.)

Basic 25k - 40k + (depending on experience.)  London based.

Drum Recruitment are looking for a consultant to join a successful recruitment group, working within their newly formed Digital and Creative brand. Our client’s long term view is to become the industry’s talent supplier of choice to all companies looking to embrace large-scale digital change across their business.

The team specialise in the recruitment of software developers (web and mobile), creative designers (UI/UX) and strategic managers (project/product) and deliver to a wide range of companies spanning across the finance, media, commerce, gaming, insurance and social networking sectors. The current team utilise interactive recruitment practices to reach their target audiences and are moving into their office space in mid-2016, as they look to cement their identity as a key player in the Digital industry.

This role represents a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing sector and rapidly advance your career. This role will give you the opportunity to join the initiative from the beginning as our client looks to grow the team substantially. There are many new markets to go after within this space, so would provide a fresh challenge for anyone looking to develop their own clients.

About you:

  • Proven track record of recruiting success. 1 - 10 years’ experiences as a Recruitment consultant (open to sector but must have interest in Digital).
  • Passionate about being the best.

  • Excellent team player.
  • Driven and proactive - display the ability to go the extra mile and never give up.
  • Degree educated or of degree calibre.
  • Innovative and dynamic.
