Drum Recruitment are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join a specialist education recruitment agency based in central London.  Our client is a leading supplier of special education needs and disabilities (SEND) staff across the UK. They recruit both into mainstream schools and alternative provisions with a broad range of positions. They are a small,niche agency that are passionate about providing a great service to the schools and candidates they work with.  They are a professional, ethical and well respected within their field. 

Due to expansion they are recruiting for a number of positions. Working with an experienced team, this is a full 360 consulting role, which will provide you with extensive training and support and all the tools that you need for a successful career in recruitment.  Responsibilities include generating new business, face to face visits with schools and SEND provisions, resourcing suitable candidates and interviewing candidates.  Essential to your success is an ability to build and develop meaningful client relationships.
