Working with this team will see you take over the management of existing clients with the autonomy and space to focus on getting to know your clients and taking your time to deliver great candidates without the daily sales pressure typical of many other recruitment firms. Managing roles of £50,000 you will be converting higher level placement fees and a more professional level of candidate. You won't be required to agree terms of business or "pitch" for the work, you will just need to agree a plan of action, manage expectations and conduct candidate sourcing campaigns. Consultants with a minimum of 12 months experience within a professional recruitment sector can expect to achieve:
* Basic salary to £28,000
* 20% commission on all billings, rising to 30% of all billings over £150k
* 25 days holiday 8 days bank holiday
