In the short term you will focus on making the desk your own and ensuring you build up your personal Interims, but once that is done you will be offered the opportunity to develop the team further or move into a more strategic role. Both pathways are available to all staff and due to the expansion plans this firm has, it's a great time to join and fast track your career.

The leadership at this firm is strong and "hands on". That doesn't mean KPI bashing or breathing down necks - it means they spend most of their time placing CFO's or helping to break new clients for the team - perhaps a refreshing change for those of you in stifling corporates?

The tools here are great with a strong commitment and budget for advanced digital strategies to support your desk activities and the working environment, and relaxed though it feels, is actually highly productive. You will also have the support and assistance of your own Research Consultant.

If you are a senior level Recruiter in Interim Finance you would be hard pushed to find a better opportunity.
