Working for this close knit and ambitious team of perm and interim Recruiters placing part qualified professionals to FD and CFO level across London and Home Counties, you will be taking over the Senior Accountancy & Finance desk placing into an established portfolio of FS clients across Venture Capital, Private Equity, Wealth / Asset Management and Private & Investment Banking - please note, this business do not work with PSL lead corporate banks, strictly SME only! Reporting to directly to a Co-Founder of the business you will be given the opportunity to be involved in the development of the FS division and the pathway to lead the team as part of their big growth plans.
Working with an enviable client portfolio that already have strong relationships with the business, your focus won't be entirely on touting for new business. Instead you will focus on generating quality candidates salaried from £50k - £100k (temp or perm - it's your choice!) and building a strong pipeline in the first 3 to 6 months - earning 25% on all billings for the first 3 months will really motivate you to make some quick wins! Armed with impressive tools including Recruiter license and psychometric profiling for all clients and candidates to name just a few, you can expect to make smarter client/candidate matches and therefore see increased interview:placement ratios.
Growth plans will see this team increase from a headcount of 12 to over 20 in the next two years, so naturally this business are looking for ambitious Recruiters looking to step up and lead the FS team.
