Recruitment Consultant – Interim Management
A leading provider of interim management solutions is looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join one of its specialist teams.
The role: Working with a highly experienced recruitment consultant in a team which has live business for you to take over from day one. You will be supplying high level interim executives into a specific market within the public sector. This is a 360 role, so there will be high levels of client exposure, networking and candidate interaction.
The candidate: Experience as a recruitment consultant in the Public Sector or the Social Housing market is highly desirable along with exposure to providing senior level contract recruitment or interim management solutions. This is a client facing role, so you must be adept at engaging with existing clients, nurturing those relationships and be happy developing and maintaining a strong candidate network.

The package: The base salary is negotiable but will reflect your experience to date. There is a transparent, personal bonus structure which generously rewards your successes.
