We’re a Leeds based company that recruits for a variety of organisations ranging from small, ambitious start- ups, to large international “blue chips” who’s names will already be familiar. Our team consists of interesting, sociable people and we want to find someone who is a great culture fit for our highly motivated but fun-loving working environment. As part of this internship, you will receive excellent hands on training and one to one tuition to ensure you learn as much as possible about good recruitment. Our business is highly communicative and you will always be clear on the steps you need to take in order for you to improve and gain further experience during your time with us. We want someone bright and engaging believes they fit in with our branding as an authentic, relationship driven recruitment company.
Key aspects of this role:
The role will include identifying experienced candidates by means of using our existing network of talents connections, job boards, LinkedIn as well as your own networking. This is very much a client/ customer facing role and you will meet candidates and clients in person, something we passionately believe in to create long lasting relationships.

We have recently moved into a new, larger office space on the outskirts of Leeds, on Gelderd road (LS27), with very easy reach of the M62 and A1M motorways.
The internship is designed as a month long assessment of your ability to learn the fundamentals recruitment, the culture of our business and to establish whether you think it could be for you. At the end of this period and after passing the trial, there will be an offer of a permanent position
