Partnering with specialist Marketing Recruiters, you will be taking over a busy portfolio of established clients across the Suffolk & Essex. Specialising in placing professionals salaried up to £35k, you will be gifted this loyal client base which currently bills £15k - £20k per month consistently - meaning you make instant commission, instant impact AND moving towards your first promotion. The team have recently promoted a successful Recruiter and are now looking for their next team member to come in and take over their desk. Offering an opportunity to over time become the Regional Manager for your patch, this desk will easily become big enough to start building a team around you depending on how quickly you scale the desk up from it's current performance level.
You will be armed with simply the best tools and resources in the industry. You will have hands on support from specialist Resourcers, keeping a steady stream of quality candidates feeding your desk, dedicated Marketing team (back office) supporting you in ensuring your roles get maximum impact and coverage, bespoke CRM system (cleansed and maintained by a team of support staff) with an impressive client and candidate network, LinkedIn Recruiter licenses and huge budget for job boards and marketing platforms. Essentially, you will have the best platform to gain access to the best candidates with all the support to allow you to focus your time on doing what you do best - recruiting and networking!
