Singapore – Recruitment Consultant, Oil & Gas
We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to work for a well-established business in Singapore, specialising within the Oil & Gas sector focused on a Contract Desk.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will monitor your talent network, making sure you keep in touch so when suitable roles arise, you know who to call. Your business will be based on successful, long-term relationships and when it comes to finding high-calibre candidates, our client’s dynamic global network puts you in the driving seat.
The global oil and gas production market is dynamic and evolving to meet increasing demand from the world’s consumers and businesses.
With increasing environmental concerns, and demand for responsible extraction of fossil fuels, oil and gas engineering roles are becoming more varied. From traditional offshore, subsea, pipeline, and drilling engineering, to HSSE and environmental disciplines, our client assists with the provision of skilled professionals.
With full support functions from in-house Learning and Development, personal development plans, a global mentoring programme and technical support functions to ensure you build the most efficient desk, they provide the tools to enable you to reach your full potential as a successful Recruitment Consultant.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
You will typically have 18months+ experience in a full 360 recruitment role and you should comfortably be billing at least circa £10k per month, be leading on client’s meetings and developing new business, alongside building an effective high calibre network of candidates. Appointment at this level is dependent on depth of experience and level of training required.
You will be a credible individual with strong communication skills. You will have a good understanding of the industry and will possess a strong track record of achievement in your previous roles. You must be organised and able to work autonomously.
