You'll be working for a new brand of a well established search business. They currently have three core markets and they're now looking to expand into new divisions. These divisions are going to be lead by new hires and so there is a massive opportunity to get in at the start and drive the business forwards. They place a huge emphasis on thorough training meaning that you can switch sectors if you don't currently work in a professional services market. They have a strong support structure in place meaning that you can maximise your earnings from the start. They tend to focus on Management to Board level appointments on an International basis and as such with the higher fees there is a very strong earning potential. The environment is not KPI heavy and there are tonnes of incentives! It's definitely not a Wolf of Wall Street environment! The owner of the business is a highly successful Director who wants to create a new brand with a fantastic culture.
£22,000 - £35,000 basic DOE.
Uncapped commission - up to 30%.

Manager with experience of managing a successful team.
Strong market knowledge and presence.
Professional services experience would be preferred, but is not essential.
Solid billing history.
