Recruitment Delivery Manager
£35,000-£40,000 p/a Basic Salary
We are currently looking for a passionate Recruitment Delivery Manager within the International Technology sector based in the heart of Cardiff.

About the role
Our client is searching for motivated and engaging Delivery Manager who would oversee a small team of five. The role would be 100% service delivery with no obligation to develop new business. You would be required to ensure the smooth operating of your team to ensure that their meet the requirement of the clients in regard to temporary and permanent recruitment. The Delivery Manager will hold ultimate responsibility for the motivation, training, success of the team and ensuring that they deliver a high standard of service.
The Ideal Candidate
You will be a presentable and credible individual with effective communication skills. A minimum of 2 years experience within the recruitment industry required, preferably with some managerial skills. Previous roles within a face paced working environment, preferably with temporary or contract placements would be an advantage.
The ideal candidate would be people friendly, with the desire the develop and build their team. You would have a strong record of accomplishment of achievement in your previous roles and the ability to motivate and develop your team.
