Drum Recruitment have an exciting leadership opportunity to join an award-winning, global recruitment consultancy with over 25 years’ experience. Our client is looking for a Recruitment Director to manage their large and successful contract team, who work across 6 different disciplines (finance, IT, marketing, compliance, legal and procurement.)  All of these teams enjoyed significant growth in the last year and the division is a highly productive business area with some exceptional talent within.  

With an excellent reputation in their specialism, this company are the market leaders in banking and financial services recruitment across the world’s largest financial markets. Their clients range from the leading investment banks to local market and niche providers.

  • Develop and execute business strategy for the recruitment brand.
  • To guide and grow the team, bringing focus and clear direction. 
  • Identify additional disciplines/markets to build business.

 The person:

  • Proven track record of success within a professional recruitment environment.
  • An experienced director with extensive contracts experience (ideally within FS, C&I or Professional Services.)  
  • Proven track record in managing, motivating and developing teams.
  • To have a demonstrable track record in a hands-on billing role.
  • Commercially able to spot the opportunities.
  • Entrepreneurial flair.
  • Proactive and engaging.
