Our client, is looking for an experienced Director to establish and manage a recruitment business that will provide permanent and temporary staff to the Primary and Secondary education sectors within the M25 area. This role is likely to appeal to individuals with significant education sector recruitment knowledge and team leadership experience.
To be considered for this role we are looking to identify individuals who have;
*Successfully led recruitment teams within the Primary and Secondary education market within the M25 area *The intellect, flair and experience to develop and deliver the Strategic and Operational plans for this new Division *Exceptional communication, people management and coaching skills *Well-developed general management and business development skills and experience of Profit & Loss responsibility *The desire, tenacity and resilience to establish and lead a new business *Flexibility in their leadership style and a solutions oriented approach *Well-developed customer relationship skills and commercial experience *The ability to "lead from the front" *Strong levels of numeracy, literacy and IT skills and have been educated to degree level
