Recruitment – Trainee Recruitment: Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant (Manchester)- £20,000 Starting Salary + Uncapped Commission. (Realistic OTE year one £35-40k/year two £50-60k)

This is a full time, permanent position within Liquid Personnel’s busy and supportive recruitment teams. As a recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for your own geographical patch, and you will work hard to maintain relationships with recruitment candidates and recruitment clients.


The role of a graduate recruitment consultant includes:

-Involvement in our in-house recruitment training and development programme led by highly skilled and successful recruitment consultants.

-Using excellent communication skills to create and maintain recruitment relationships at all levels, both face to face and over the phone.

-Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle and your own work load.

-Being responsible for the growth and development of your recruitment candidates and clients.

-Headhunting for A* recruitment candidates

-Generating new recruitment business through business development.
