European Recruitment Manager

London £55,000 - £65,000

My client, a fantastic high growth ethical brand, are looking to hire a Recruitment Manager with a focus on EMEA, on an 15-18 Month Fixed-Term contract.

This role will be responsible for all things attraction and selection across Europe. You will handle a high volume of active recruitment and look after the end to end TA function. You will be responsible for bringing top level talent into the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take a hands on direct resourcing approach to meet business needs.
  • Act as the business SME on recruitment during a phase of high growth
  • Senior stakeholder management, working with hiring managers and building relationships
  • Responsibility for Recruitment budgeting and tracking costs. Working to drive reduction in costs over time.
  • Working with third parties and managing those relationships as approapriate
  • Working to continually update, adapt and manage the ATS and External comms

Required Experience:

  • A demonstrable and successful background within the internal recruitment space and ability to act as a Recruitment SME
  • Ideally experienced within the FMCG and Consumer Goods space, to understand the key functions
  • Experience working directly on vacancies up to Director level
  • Broad experience across functions and geographies
