What is the Role?

Your role as a recruitment manager will be to take over a team of existing recruitment consultants focused on the product management and marketing verticals with fintech. Details below!

  • Take over a team of 4 with a view of taking it to 8 next year 
  • Have a hands on role in the development and training of the team
  • Focus on internal recruitment and creating a great team culture 
  • Leading some of the companies key client relationships 
  • Delivery high level bills on a consistent basis

What profile are we looking for?

Ideally you will be a recruitment manager with experience building teams in the past. This role is also very much open to senior recruitment consultants who want a bigger role. Knowledge of fintech or marketing helps, but this is by no means a mandatory requirement. You must be a professional recruiter, and not have a massive ego!
