They are looking to appoint an inspirational and dynamic individual as a Recruitment Mentor where you will be responsible for recruiting, engaging and supporting NEET Young People aged 16-24 for our Traineeships and Study Programmes.
Working with participants who are currently attending or who have recently disengaged from the provision, you will provide them with quality, tailored bespoke mentoring, both in 121 sessions and in peer groups, identifying and breaking down barriers which is halting their development towards learning and employment.
Develop and maintaining positive relationships with the full range of referral partners, whilst actively promoting and recruiting for the Study Programme and Traineeships, you will identify and develop relationships with appropriate and relevant referral agencies, including JCPs, Local Authority departments, local schools and colleges, supporting your participants to ensure their progress into employment or further education.
They are looking for someone who thrives on working with young people and who has a real passion to make a difference in their lives. Target driven and able to perform against weekly and monthly targets, you will engage and develop professional relationships with young people who have potentially challenging barriers and are from diverse backgrounds.
An excellent communicator with strong IT skills, you will have experience of working and mentoring young people and will ideally have relevant industry experience that may include Sales.
