Job Title: HR Recruitment Officer
Location: Portsmouth (PO6)
Salary: Competitive - depending on experience
Hours of Work: 9.00am -5.30pm Monday to Friday
The company is based in Portsmouth, Lakeside 3000, North Harbour; they're a leading European provider of quality insurance products for over 100 major brand clients. The company operates selling its insurance, assistance and service programmers to major clients and key accounts via multi sector offerings.
The company is currently seeking an experienced recruiter as part of an expanding HR team. The job is mainly head office based, reporting to the Head of Human Resources. Due to the nature of business some regional and occasional international travel may be required.
The role requires extensive use of computers and good telephone / communication skills and an understanding of the need for discretion responsibilities include:
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in recruiting either in a commercial recruiter or internal recruiter capacity, perhaps looking to gain wider HR experience. Alternatively an HR generalist looking to focus on recruitment. The successful candidate will require the following knowledge and skills.
