Recruitment Consultant – Recruitment £20,000 Starting Salary with Uncapped commission. (Realistic OTE’s Year 1 £35-40K/ Year 2 £50-60K/ Year 3 £70K+)

This is a fantastic recruitment opportunity as part of our growing criminal justice division. Working as a recruitment consultant you will be responsible for the recruitment of probation officers and prison nurses, to place them in roles available throughout UK probation and prison services on a contract recruitment basis. You will also be responsible for generating new recruitment clients and maintaining strong working relationships with them. The role of a recruitment consultant at Liquid Personnel is very much one of a 360 recruitment nature, you will take care of the recruitment process from start of application to final placement.

This is a full time, permanent recruitment position within Liquid Personnel’s busy and supportive recruitment team. As a recruitment consultant you will need to work exceptionally hard to maintain relationships with candidates and clients, in order to build and grown your own recruitment desk.
