THE ROLE: We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our expanding team in Peterborough. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of your clients’ requirements for their recruitment campaigns. Customer service is key to this role as you will be in contact with your clients on a day to day basis following the journey of their advertisement.
Key Responsibilities of a Recruitment Resourcer to include:-
- Account management - Candidate attraction through advertising and proactive sourcing - Utilising databases to match candidates to specific roles - Day to day liaising with clients who have purchased the service - Up-selling additional services - Shortlisting relevant candidates for a variety of roles - Creating job descriptions and online assessments for individual campaigns - Relationship building with clients to ensure repeat business
THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will need to have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and have a great telephone manner. You will need to be a motivated individual who is extremely organised and able to manage a high volume of work.
Key experience essential for the role:
- Live within a reasonable commute to Peterborough - Excellent telephone manner with the ability to speak to people from all backgrounds - Good organisational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of work
