·      Working closely with the Head of Internal Recruitment

·       Managing end to end recruitment campaigns

·       Recruiting for wide range of internal company hires

·       Advertising roles

·       Short listing candidates

·       Conducting initial telephone interviews

·       Selling the company and arranging interviews with the hiring managers

·       Delivering offers and closing candidates
