We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Recruitment Resourcer to join our expanding team based out of Rotherham.

As a valuable contributor to the Group, you will help to maximise the revenue of the Recruitment Consultants in your Team by achieving activity targets, sourcing excellent candidates, conducting interviews, matching candidates, and contributing positively to our recruitment processes.

What to expect as a Recruitment Resourcer at Elevation:

* Bespoke training sessions covering the recruitment / candidate lifecycle
* Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates using market-leading candidate attraction tools (job boards, LinkedIn and social media, the internal database, and our extensive network)
* Conducting candidate interviews - identifying aspirations, marketable features and job search status and relaying all relevant information back to your team of Consultants
* To creatively write candidate profiles summarising their attributes and relevant experience
* Send out and diarise external candidate interviews
* Ensure your candidates are fully prepared for interviews in order to perform to the best of their ability and represent Elevation in the best possible way
* Working closely with our in-house marketing team to design and write bespoke advertisements to attract new candidates
* Reviewing applications and creating an accurate shortlist of candidates to live vacancies
* Requesting references and checking suitability of applicants prior to submission
* Preparing high-quality, professional CV's
* Providing detailed, honest and constructive feedback to candidates following their interviews
* To develop excellent relationships with candidates, motivating them to return to Elevation and to recommend its service to other candidates and clients in the market
* To deliver agreed KPI's on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

Skills and attributes required:

* Outstanding organisation skills
* Confident in ability to gather relevant information from calls and interviews
* Excellent telephone manner with ability to build quick, effective, and long-term rapport/relationships
* Driven and ambitious in pursuit to become a specialist in the field and in your market
* Team player - always willing to lend a helping hand to your team and the wider business
* Strong administration skills
* Excellent written communication skills
* Strong creative writing skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
* Ability to re-organise prioritises as and when required in order to fulfil role requirements
* C+ in English & Math's
