Recruitment Resourcer / Researcher (Team Leader)
The Recruitment Resourcer / Account Manager is a critical role and one which through its understanding of the clients hiring strategies works seamlessly to ensure that our corporate clients realise their ultimate objectives in partnering with TheLadders identifying and securing successful mid-senior and C-level hires.
The role will predominantly involve Identifying sourcing strategies and proactively qualifying client sourcing briefs by telephone, assessing & accurately matching long-list candidates against job specs, provision of candidate shortlists using database search techniques that result in TheLadders candidates successfully progressing into the clients hiring funnel.
The role will involve working closely with our field based Business Development Directors in ensuring that their client portfolios are proactively supported and as such this role requires a friendly, professional and diligent approach towards customer service and client relationships as you will be the first point of contact for these client portfolio’s.
This is an exciting and varied role which includes being the ‘Team Lead’ in our new Account Management Team of 3. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude, an ability to handle multiple projects, to instil a professional work ethic across the team and be able to contribute with idea’s and plans to further develop the renewal and growth of the corporate client portfolio’s.
