Recruitment Sales Director– London based with international travel and relocation potential.

Outstanding opportunity for an experienced recruitment director or manager to join an ambitious recruitment consultancy embarking on an exciting phase of international growth.
The role: You will have total responsibility for the EMEA recruitment team which is based in modern, hi tech offices in the heart of the City. The main focus of the role is to take over and grow this already successful team and build a platform which will allow the recruitment consultants to take their billings and success to an even higher level. The company has ambitious growth plans and you will be responsible for hiring additional recruitment consultants, allowing you to put your stamp on the culture of the team as it evolves and matures.
The company: A privately owned, international recruitment consultancy which is enjoying phenomenal success in its chosen niche market. It is highly profitable company with the average billings for each recruitment consultant far in excess of the industry norm. It has a world class candidate database and has invested heavily in technology which tracks its clients’ project lifecycles, enabling its recruiters to deliver unrivalled recruitment solutions ranging from project based mandates to high level executive search across the world.
The candidate: Leadership style is key. You will be an ambitious, inspirational, hands on leader with a proven track record of nurturing and developing teams of recruitment consultants. Happy to lead from the front, you will be comfortable developing your own clients and revenue stream in conjunction with managing the team. The team is already stable and profitable, but it needs a leader who can effect change in a sensitive manner, not alienating the existing recruiters whilst implementing different working practices which will allow them and newer recruits to achieve, and therefore earn, even more. Fluency in English is essential and candidates with additional fluency in French, Spanish, Russian or Portuguese will be of special interest.
The package: The base salary will be in region of £75k and there is potential for a guarantee. Success will be generously rewarded and the OTE is c.£150k.
