Recruitment Support Administrator
Full Time: Monday -Friday 40 hours per week

Progress Recruitment Solutions (UK) Ltd is a Norwich-based Recruitment Company specialising in the permanent placement of staff within the Automotive & Logistics sectors across the UK.
Due to the success of 2017, we are continuing to expand as a business and as a result have an opportunity for an additional administrator to join their team.
You will be working alongside the existing admin department, supporting the business in all aspects of administration.
Reception duties - Answering a high number of telephone calls, being the first point of contact for candidates and clients
Answering instant chat messages from the company website
Adding candidates to the company database
Updating candidate and client files on the company database
Carrying out specific searches for the recruitment executives on job boards
Posting job adverts on the company website and job boards
Other general Administration duties
Requirements for the role:
Previous experience in Recruitment or the Motor Trade is an advantage but is not essential.
Previous administration/reception experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
Excellent telephone manner
Good attention to detail
Ability to work well within a team
