With specialist divisions spanning Construction, Engineering & Property, their success to date has been based on providing clients across London & South East with an incredibly proactive service underpinned with first-class technical knowledge. Up until now this has been embedded in the business by the leaders who believe in a hands-on management style and leading by example. But as the teams have grown it is not longer feasible to deliver this in the same way.
They seek an experienced senior built environment recruiter with a proven ability to coach and mentor consultants that perhaps wants to step away from billings and focus as a trainer. You don't have to have an existing training qualification, instead you need to be able to lead the way in terms of best practice - spanning desk management, technical knowledge building and negotiation skills. While your initial task will be to build a foundation of training modules over time your role will evolve to cover the changing needs of the business so an ability to adapt and change is essential.
