RECRUITMENT TRANSFORMATION LEAD - UP TO £80,000 DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
Our client, a leading global Fintech business with global reach is looking at redesigning their recruitment and resourcing function and is about to embark on a large transformation.
The successful candidate will have experience of managing a recruitment transformation in-house from start to finish and will be able to effectively autonomously project manage themselves and the team as well as successfully lead the recruitment function.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the business at a period of transition with huge career potential to develop a greenfield site over the next couple of years.
You must be willing to roll up your sleeves and assist in all of the workload whilst managing the global strategy behind the recruitment agenda.
