Joining this high-performing executive recruitment business will see you work closely with a big-billing Director, helping them to keep their business optimised and running smoothly to deliver many high profile assignments.

Operating exclusively in professional areas of recruitment such as Accountancy & Finance, Banking, Procurement, Project Management and more this is a professional boutique of around 50 talented Recruiters that take their work, but not themselves, seriously.

Daily task may include:

  • Mapping candidates and clients using LinkedIn and online search
  • Updating and enriching database
  • Ensuring vacancies are logged on database and advertised
  • Longlisting candidates using advert response, LinkedIn search, mailshot campaigns and more
  • Attending meetings and collating data for later use

As you will be so instrumental to the successful performance of this business you will benefit from a bonus scheme to enhance your salary and if you do wish to progress back into a 360 role at a later date that will be made possible for you.

For this role the essential skills and traits that you will need are;

  • a genuine love of recruitment
  • confidence in your ability to produce longlists of candidates
  • experience of coordinating interview activities
  • the ability to adapt and change plans according to the needs of the desk.

This role would be ideal for someone that has gained 1 - 2 years of experience in recruitment, perhaps for a more corporate firm that imposes too much negative pressure around sales and KPI targets - but is open to experienced Recruiters at any level.

If this sounds like you then you can expect an immediate interview and, if successful, an offer that includes:
  • Salary £27,000 - £32,000
  • Quarterly bonus
  • Pension
  • Health
