Recruitment Resourcer vacancy in Birmingham
Permanent People are working with a leading recruitment business, based centrally in Birmingaham, who are recruiting for a Resourcer role to start immediately.
This will be a mixed role, and will involve sourcing new candidates from a variety of sources then screening them both over the phone and interviewing them face-to-face on occasion.
A need to work as part of a team will be essential, so excellent communication skills will be required as will the need to take responsibility for making decisions on candidates suitability for various vacancies.
Client contact will form part of the role with regards to updating companies regarding the recruitment process and candidate co-ordination.
Working in a fast-paced environment, and being able to juggle multiple tasks at once, will be essential.
