The successful candidate will join SK's HR Team, reporting to the HR Director and working closely with team leaders across the business. Day to day you will work with the Resourcing HR Assistant in managing the firm's recruitment processes.
You will be responsible for delivering an effective recruitment strategy to support the resourcing demands of the business.
The Adviser will also be involved in various recruitment and retention related projects.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' recruitment experience from a professional services background. Legal experience would be preferred, as this will provide an advantage in terms of understanding the structure of the business. It will also be useful to have experience of working with legal recruiters.
