My client is a leading Interim Management provider in the UK. They specialise in Interim assignments with day rates in excess of £700 and have a number f practices including Retail, financial Services, Business Services and Public Sector. 

This role is for a Director to join and lead the Retail practice. This practice is established and very stable, and the director needs not only to transact business but also to provide leadership and direction for the practice and oversee the growth of the practice. The areas that the practice covers are Operations, Buying and Procurement, Head Office and Design. The existing team is well established in these markets. You will need to have experience and knowledge of least one of these areas, and a track record in a leadership type role. 

You maybe coming from Interim Management or a more mainstream Interim Recruitment role and be looking to specialise more at the senior end of the market. 

An individual already in a director role coming from a major corporate like a Michael Page or Hays will be considered as a change in career direction, as will someone coming with a more niche background.

This is a rare opportunity to enter interim management in a leadership role with a market leader. Earning potential is significant and will include share options.
