My client is based in the City and are an established independent specialist recruitment business with a market leading position in their sector with a fee earning team of over 60. They have a number of clients who are increasingly interested in recruitment solutions such as MSP and RPO. 

They are seeking an experienced RPO/MSP professional with sales experience who can engage with their client base and sell appropriate solutions. The business already has a strong delivery capability, but part of the role role going forward will be to build specific teams for RPO/MSP delivery from within. The role will suit an established individual looking for more scope and autonomy in a more entrepreneurial environment.

This is a leadership role and will be pitched at an appropriate level, but it is envisaged the role will grow with the individual and the business. Scope for equity participation exists and the opportunity to build something should excite the appropriate candidate.

Salary likely to be in the region of £60-£80k but flexibility exists for the right candidate, and a generous bonus package on top with equity make this an attractive opportunity for someone seeking an exciting growth opportunity in the RPO/MSP space.
