My client is an established Search and Selection group, who has a Search practice, an Interim Management practice and a Recruitment Solutions division. The Recruitment solutions division sits just below the search and interim practice and typically recruits mid management level roles on a turn key basis for projects. It effectively provides an outsourced RPO function for specific projects where highly skilled people are required, typically at a higher level than typical RPO's. In addition typically the division works on projects rather than contracts.
The business is established and following a period of development several new positions have arisen to further develop the business into new areas. Your background will either be within an RPO business, or in house having had responsibility for the implementation and running of an RPO. You will need to be driven towards a Sales role and will work closely with the MD of the business. A significant part of the role will be developing the business into new areas including contract RPO's, talent consulting, designing delivery models and sales strategies. You need to be able to demonstrate experience proposing solutions to clients and briefing the delivery team and subsequent account governance. Another role will cover the Talent consulting area of the business, and experience in this field would also be useful.
On top of a salary in the region of £60,000-£70,000 there will be a commission/bonus package to make this an extremely attractive position at the more senior end of the RPO space. This is also a great opportunity to move from an in house role into a Commercial position, but would also ideally suit an RPO professional looking for a broader role in a more entrepreneurial environment.
