Your new role:
We are seeking highly intelligent, consultative Software Sales Executive who understand the art of listening, understanding and solving problems. The role is to introduce businesses to a better, more affordable, more enjoyable and productive way of managing their recruitment activities.
Your role is to unearth and speak to customers, carefully understanding their needs and qualifying the opportunity or qualifying out where necessary.
You will be solving customers’ problems by demonstrating solutions then proceeding to proposal and close with those who we are an excellent fit for.
If the following describes you, we'd love to chat:
+ You're consultative. We are here to solve very real problems that our customers have with their hiring.
+ You have the ability to make a clear connection between our product capabilities and our customers business needs.
+ You have demonstrated experience with politely qualifying out of opportunities. We have so many opportunities - every recruitment agency and internal recruiting team is a prospect - so your ability to qualify is crucial.
+ You have strong empathy and genuinely care about improving business practices for our customers.
+ You are a fast learner and will be comfortable working with constant change. For example, we release new features on average every week.
+ You're an amazing storyteller. Listening to product demos from multiple vendors can be mind-numbing for our prospects. It is essential that you are able to translate the prospect's challenges and how we can solve them, using real-life examples and stories that help illustrate the solutions.
+ It'd be great if you had SaaS sales experience in the recruitment industry, however that's definitely not a must!
