My client is an established Executive Search Group, with businesses in both Search, Interim and Project Management. They are seeking to hire a Sales Director to work in the project area of the business. Typically they recruit into the Financial Services arena on behalf of the bigger institutions. They will deliver projects of typically 20-50 hires at a time, sometimes on FT contracts, and sometimes permanent.
You will need a background in recruitment, having sold either bigger ticket such as managed services or RPO, r have worked in a volume driven contingent space at manager level or above.
This role is very client facing, and requires an individual with the motivation to drive sales, not jut manage accounts. This is a unique role, with outstanding rewards and could indeed suit a wide range of individuals looking for a client facing role at a senior level.
