Salary: £21 - £23 DOE + uncapped commissions

Simply Jobs Boards is based in Fulwood, Preston and is close to motorway links for the M6 and the M61; so ideal if you live in Preston, Chorley, Leyland, Blackburn or Blackpool.

We are a fun and energetic team of sales people and we sell recruitment advertising to employers all over the globe on 14 niche Job Boards for specific industries such as Law, Sales, Automotive and Aviation.

Due to our continued success we are growing our sales teams with a focus on key areas to the business, our Automotive and Aviation brands and our Business division, which focuses on recruitment such as Sales, Marketing, HR and Law.

To support our growth we are now looking for outstanding Sales Executives to join us. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales individual to join our successful team in Preston. Ideally, you will have a background as a recruitment consultant however applications from those with a B2B or media sales background will be considered. You need to be motivated and ambitious with a desire to achieve and exceed your targets. In return for your hard work we promise to work even harder to reward you with incentives and a fantastic commission structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell recruitment advertising to employers in your industry

  • Using research skills to identify leads and opportunities

  • Calling a mixture of hot and cool leads

  • Consultative sell over the phone and attending face to face meetings where applicable

  • Hitting daily and monthly KPI’s


Skills & Behaviours:

  • Proven track record in a B2B sales environment.

  • To identify, establish contact and build a rapport with prospective decision makers.

  • To accurately represent the services and products to prospective clients.

  • To follow a defined process in order to manage calls to agreed Company standards.

  • Strong work ethic and “can-do” attitude

  • Self-motivated, with a drive and tenacity to deliver results and achieve targets

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
