As an Experienced Retail Car Sales Executive you will work closely with the Sales Managers, Business Manager and other Sales Executives to achieve sales targets, whilst maintaining a focus on sales process, profitability and customer satisfaction.
You will have proven experience in a Retail Car Sales
Possess a strong focus on providing excellent Customer Service
Knowledge of Finance and Insurance products
Ability to adhere to the Sales Process
Be a team player
Excellent standard of spoken and written communication
Be Confident to communicate and interact at all levels
A Full Driving Licence is essential
Previous experience in a Retail Car Sales role is essential
We offer a basic salary of £12,000 plus uncapped Commission
Commission on New Used Unit Sales
Commission on Finance Insurance Sales
Commission on Accessory Sales
A Company Car for private use
A Contributory Pension Scheme, we pay 3% and you will pay 5%
21 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays, if worked to be taken in lieu
We pay 20 days Holiday Commission per year
We are closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day, New Years Day and Easter Sunday for family time
We are open 7 days per week and you will work 5 days including a late evening and weekends on a rota basis
Ongoing Honda training and development is provided to all our customer facing Sales and After Sales employees.
