What is the brief?
To take over a team of 12 consultants currently recruiting ERP, technology and Oracle professionals. Your main focus will be to grow this team to 20 people over the next 12 months by running two training academies for new recruiters who will mainly be entry level. You will recruit, train and develop these new recruiters and build a structure around them to build out a team You will also be in charge of the strategy for the team as a whole, including selecting new areas and verticals for the team to grow in. You will also be involved in key client relationships as well as managing the team on a day to day basis
The great thing is allot of the BD has been done, there are very established in this space so your team will be hitting the ground running. Its not a build from scratch job!

What is the OTE and how will I be rewarded?
The OTE for this role is £120,000. That hasn’t been plucked out of thin air., this is what has been achieved before. You will earn on team billings, team promotions and overall quarterly targets being hit There is a real chance to earn big money in this role.
