A leading provider of a globally recognised HR / Talent related solution is looking to appoint a Sales Manager, to lead a team of new Business Development consultants.

The role will lead a team that is focused on securing new business and agreeing new account relationships with businesses from all sectors of a medium size nature.
Responsible for managing, coaching and developing the team, this role offers a step into leadership and a move away from carrying a personal sales number.
It plays an important internal role, delivering growth but also liaising closely with delivery and pre-sales teams to ensure optimum customer experience.
To apply to this role you should be an experienced Sales Manager who can demonstrate the ability to manage a team of up to 10 people. You should have strong coaching skills, business acumen and bring the ability to manage multiple activities and processes and forecast with precision.
You should be comfortable selling to HR and C suite level professionals from a range of businesses. It is likely that your career will have included experience selling HR/Talent or People related solutions, but applications from other industries will be considered. You should be educated to degree level or equivalent and you must be able to demonstrate a progressive, stable career that has included investment in self-development. You should have a clear idea about what good consultative selling looks like and you should be an innovative thinker, able to think outside of the box whilst also navigating a complex organisation. Most importantly you will be able to clearly demonstrate the ability to build and lead new business teams.
