Who are we recruiting for?

A business change recruitment company with 25 years plus trading history. They have an excellent reputation in the market for providing a quality service  and professionalism and come off the back of their best ever year in 2017 and best quarter ever at the start of 2018, so there has never been a better time to join them! The company employees over 60 people, many who have been at the firm for some time! They don't use KPI's so you can expect to join a company with a mature environment , and a decent work like balance. - At 5.30 pm they all leave for the day!

What will the role involve?

The company is on the PSL for one of the largest retail banks in the city. Their client hires well over 1000 change contractors every year. Your job is simple, to increase the number of contract placements our client does with this customer.

You will be building relationships across the bank, with the goal of winning contract work from the account which can then be passed onto the delivery team to fill.

The role encompasses the difficult skills off building relationships through line, but without disrupting the relationship with the onsite team.

How will you be rewarded?

You will get 10% commission from the work that you pick up that is subsequently filled. The is a real opportunity to earn a total package of £100k by your second year

What experience do you need to be considered:

Retail banking and contract recruitment experience is a major benefit. That aside 3 - 4 years recruitment experience, with a track record of developing accounts in a corporate environment , combined with a professional approach to recruitment.
