Who are we recruiting for?
We are recruiting for an established legal and FS recruiter with an excellent presence in Asia who are now looking establish themselves in London. The company has over 70 people internationally and an excellent track record of success.
What will you be joining in London?
Their are currently two people in the companies London office. Clients are already coming in thick and fast, as they continue to leverage their relationships from other offices. This will be broader than your usual role in recruitment, you could be buying a printer one morning and meeting a chief risk officer at a tier one investment bank the next day! There won't be any KPI's and the company will be introducing a number of schemes to make the environment as fun as possible.
What will your role be?
You will be responsible for building a out the senior banking offering, mainly in the middle office and operations suite. Salary levels will typically be around the £90k plus level so you will be to be able to face off to that audience. Naturally BD will be part of this role.
What's the progression opportunity?
This is an easy question to answer , if you want an opportunity to progress to a director roles quickly this is a great platform to do that! In the medium to short term managing a team in very much available for the right person
How will you be rewarded?
You will be have a rewarded with commission , team override (when appropriate) and of you will also be eligible for profit share. Quite simply, if you achieve the goals they set, and in turn the company meet their own targets, there is no reason why you should be earning north of £200k.
What profile are we looking for?
For this role we are looking for an experienced recruiter with at least 3 years experience in the banking space. Ideally you would have billed north of £200k but recruiters who have billed £150k will be considered. This role does of course suit the ambitious minded!
