Established in 2016 as part of the Green Park family, Green Park People Solutions is a diversity orientated people consultancy and outsourced talent acquisition business which has experienced year on year growth. As a result of being awarded a number of new contracts we are looking to expand our team.
We are looking to hire a Recruiter with programme, project and Technology experience. The role will be to deliver on a suite of programme and technology focused roles across a number of accounts. As part of the role the individual will be expected to build a relationship with Green Park’s clients and where needed act as an account manager or point of contact. The role will also be responsible for growing Green Park’s presence in our existing clients, identifying new opportunities but also this individual will be part of the business development cycle and will be expected to attend meetings with our business development team.
Applicants will have demonstrable recruitment experience and have a track record of placing programme and digital facing roles. Preference will be given to candidates that have experience of working with Central Government, Rail and Infrastructure or in the international arena. We’d welcome applicants that can work in both a structured environment but also have the agility to adapt to change and growth while also providing experience of growing and developing business opportunities. Equally we would welcome applicants that are looking for career progression and would look to move into more senior positions as the business expands. Preference will be given to candidates that have a keen interest in data and the importance it plays in a businesses growth.
