This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, hands-on self-starter who is looking for an opportunity to play a key role in building a 21st century collaborative environment for experienced recruiters. Our business model is purposely different and with funding to gorw we are looking for senior consultants who will become the future leaders of the business. It is envisioned that this hire will become the Practice Lead for their vertical market. 

Position

We are looking for a highly engaged individual who is well regarded within their vertical market. We do not require business development from our Senior Consultants as we have a growing client base that requires strong delivery capability. 

Your Profile

  • Conscientious senior recruiter with the experience and know how to manage their own desk.
  • Track record in hitting revenue targets on a consistent basis, ideally demonstrated by top biller achievements.
  • Previous experience in managing / mentoring teams.
  • Looking to move into a management role in 12 - 18 months
  • Have experience in any of the following sectors; Digital, IT, Legal, HR, Engineering, Procurement & Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing or Oil & Gas

Responsibilities

  • Act as the lead consultant / subject matter expert that is aligned to the vertical market you specialise in.
  • Play a key part in developing a collaborative culture of inclusion.
  • Emotional buy in to diversity, gender equality, disability and BAME talent issues.
  • Take client requirements in a detailed consultation.
  • Ability to deliver into exclusive assignments.
