Why?

We are launching a brand new division of RMP Enterprise called RMP Recruit. As a business with over 12 years of expertise in the early talent market, our mission is to inspire young people to take the first steps in their career. Up until now we have done that through attracting and engaging school leavers and undergraduates with work experience schemes. Now we are ready to take this one step further and launch into the graduate market!

What?

RMP Recruit will use our existing networks to place people into graduate roles. Through RateMyPlacement.co.uk we are engaged with thousands of students graduating next year, all searching for an amazing career. RMP Recruit will help those graduates by finding them a brilliant place to work.

Who?

An ambitious and determined person who is motivated by hitting targets and forming great personal relationships. It’s been a few years since we launched a new product, so we’re all incredibly excited about this opportunity. We’ll need someone who is passionate about recruitment and helping graduates get into their first jobs, as well as the entrepreneurial spirit to help us build this business from the ground up!

Your key responsibilities will be:

Recruitment:

  • Through outbound sales activity, source businesses looking to hire graduates and bring them on board to use our services (current RMP clients will be off-limits initially)
  • Use an existing database of around 20,000 students to fill your clients’ graduate vacancies
  • 360 role responsible for all aspects of the recruitment cycle 
  • Success in this will be making 20 placements in year one
  • Skills and Experience:
    • Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in recruitment (or similar)
    • Experience leading face-to-face client meetings
    • Business savvy with sound commercial acumen
    • Knowledge of the graduate recruitment market 
    • Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
    • A strong desire to work for a small, growing business 
    • Good understanding of the English language (both spoken and written)
    Salary

    £30-40k base salary with uncapped OTE

    If successful we will be in touch and you will be invited for a first stage phone interview. Following that, we will invite you to our office to have a face-to-face interview. We aim for our recruitment process to take around two weeks, and the successful candidate will ideally be able to start in February.
