We have a new and exciting opportunity that has just come on the market for a Senior Recruitment Consultant position working within the Accountancy and Finance sector based in Manchester .
Permanent People are working with a client that is a boutique agency with 5 staff in their Manchester office. They also have an office based in Birmingham but they specialise within a different sector so there will be no competition due to the warm connections both branches have that can be expanded.
They specialise in Finance, Digital and Energy sector across the UK.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be working as part of the Accountancy and Finance team. You will be the only Senior Consultant in an office of 5, and as such, you will be viewed as a Team Leader and be expected to lead by example. It will be your responsibility to recruit for £50k plus positions, whilst also mentoring your colleagues ensuring that the branch is hitting monthly and quarterly milestones.
This is a great opportunity for you to really specialise in your market and become successful. The business is not focussed on KPIs in this role due to being based purely on your results.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have a passion for Recruitment and have previous recruitment experience. Accountancy and Finance sector recruitment experience desirable.
The ability to mentor Junior Consultants and have awareness of how a branch operates regarding profit and loss and budgets are desirable.
Communication skills are vital, you will present yourself impeccably and delivery yourself in a professional manner. You will be bright, articulate, and able to understand technical markets with ease.
