Working closely with a temps Consultant and with support from a dedicated Administrator, your focus will simply be on what you do best - recruiting. You will be expected to regularly meet with your clients and develop your relationships there (no cold calling needed!), you will also be meeting all candidates that you believe are suitable for positions - as a business that have built their reputation on quality, honesty and trust, it is essential that you can offer the same level of service.
